Global Pharma — Automation Hub, Robotics & Digital Twin

End-to-end design of an internal platform where teams across the organization can find which automation and robotics solutions already exist, who owns them, what they cost and where they are already running.

Delivered on SharePoint within the client's enterprise design system, from information architecture through interactive prototype to post-launch support.

• Built the information architecture from source data — three navigation levels, iterated to version five with content owners across the automation program
• Designed the robotics catalog — filtered search by platform, work center and status over a record model agreed with the data owner
• Linked technologies, partners, framework agreements and running projects, so one object leads to the next without leaving the hub
• Designed the Digital Twin delivery platform — use cases linked both ways to a RAID register, a shared vocabulary of stages, severity and scalability, and a leadership view that filters the same records instead of restating them

Global Pharma — Supply Chain Platform

Led UX across a large enterprise ecosystem of 17 digital products, working with 5 cross-functional delivery teams on operational and analytical platforms. Focused on simplifying complex, data-heavy workflows and interaction patterns across products, improving platform adoption and supporting analytics-driven decision-making.

• Designed UX for enterprise operational platforms supporting supply chain, manufacturing, compliance and planning workflows
• Worked with Angular-based applications and BI / analytics dashboards used by business and operations teams
• Helped align fragmented processes into consistent user flows across multiple connected products
• Built and maintained a shared design system (Figma + Storybook + Shared Library)
• Collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, BAs and QA from discovery through rollout

Global Pharma — Cutover Management

A proof of concept for the control room that runs multi-country ERP go-lives: hundreds of coordinated tasks across workstreams and time zones, on a date that cannot move once it is committed. Research to working, demoed software in two weeks.

• Synthesised a 35-item requirements register and two recorded walkthroughs into one map, with every requirement and complaint traced back to its source
• Designed the information architecture and six core flows — reporting, data input, email, task completion, change requests, audit trail
• Designed a seven-template notification system with recipient classes and an escalation ladder; three of the templates had no coverage in the backlog at all
• Co-owned the technical design document and wrote its UX sections, including the acceptance criteria the build was measured against

Mentored junior designers in EPAM's internal Design Mentoring Program, focusing on UX fundamentals, platform thinking, design quality and presentation skills.

Major US tech company — Development and customization of a CMS platform

Worked on the design and customization of a CMS platform for two parallel projects, focused on scalability and long-term usability.

• Designed a scalable, block-based design system enabling fast creation and maintenance of pages by product and development teams
• Created a flexible system of reusable components and containers to support future scaling and reduce custom development effort
• Considered technical constraints and developer workflows to ensure smooth implementation and consistency
• Built clear guidelines and documentation to help non-designers work confidently with the system

JDN Plugin — Development of an automation tool

Worked on a B2B tool for test automation and UI object generation, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and QA teams

• Designed UX for a test automation tool, reducing manual effort and improving QA workflows
• Cut QA setup time by ~60% with automated workflows, saving ~57 engineering hours per release with new user flows
• Simplified complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive UX for non-technical users

LizaAlert platform

Led UX and design direction for a large-scale web system supporting search-and-rescue operations, including information architecture, CJMs, workshops and team leadership for a distributed volunteer organization.

Ketcher — Web-based chemical editor

Contributed to UX research and UI design for a browser-based scientific tool used by chemists, including user interviews, competitor analysis, personas and a shared UI kit to support consistency and usability across the product.

Designed UX for automating certificate issuance and publishing, aligning requirements with BA and engineering, creating UI kits, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity layouts for a scalable internal platform.
